Production Update
TXO plc ('TXO') is pleased to announce the quarterly update on its production
activities. This update covers the period 1 July 2015 to 30 September
2006 for oil and 1 April 2015 to 30 September 2015 for gas.

Final results for the year ended 31 March, 2014
Highlights:
- Oil production at 31 March stood at
5,475 barrels per month
- In July 2014 acquired interests in 19
oil wells from ExxonMobil
- In November 2014 acquired interests in
45 oil wells from Curado Energy and Midas Holdings
- Placing of 8 million shares in November
2014 with European institutions raises $2.02 million
- Production for the year increased by
66% to 53,751 barrels
- Turnover for the year increased by
113% to $2,364,734

IFRS Guidance
TXO plc, in preparing for the adoption of International Financial
Reporting Standards (IFRS), today provides unaudited financial results
prepared in accordance with IFRS for the years ended 31 March 2012 and
2011. These results have been reviewed by MRI Moores Rowland LLP, TXO's
newly appointed auditors, and their report is attached.
